Finland's most popular boating fair – the Helsinki International Boat Show – has grown into the biggest event of its kind in the Nordic countries. The next Boat Show takes place at the Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre on 10-19 February 2012. The event will also assume a fresh format in this conjunction, as it can then avail of the brand-new, magnificent Hall 7.
The 2011 Helsinki International Boat Show attracted 78,100 satisfied boating aficionados, 88% of whom said that they would return for the following year's event. Visitors came from all over Finland as well as from neighbouring countries such as Russia – especially the St Petersburg region – Sweden and the Baltic States.
Industry representatives and Finland's boating enthusiasts will gather under a single roof for the ten-day duration of this exhibition event.
From Estonia will be presented in show, members of AEB (Association of Estonian Boatyards) as Alunaut, Saare Paat, Lindvart and Kasse.
