The Lowrance Eagle Eye™ 9 Live is an affordable LIVE transducer set from Lowrance, with a price range that makes the LIVE transducer accessible to a much wider range of anglers. While the Lowrance Active Target 2, Garmin's Panoptix Livescope and Humminbird's Live Target cost well over €3,000 with the minimum matching screen, the Eagle Eye is available at over twice the price. The Eagle's 1024 x 600 pixel screen gives a much sharper image than the Reveal 9 and in fact is ahead of even the Lowrance Elite 9 FS in pixel count. The Eagle Eye 9 comes complete with a 9" button-controlled screen and a dedicated Live Sensor. It's important to note here that this Eagle Eye Live sensor cannot be used with any other screen, and this Eagle Eye screen cannot be used with any other Lowrance Splitshot or Tripleshot sensor - it's for Live shooting only. Be it from a boat or, why not, on the ice. However, this bundled Live sensor can also produce Sonar and Downscan images. Only Sidescan is then replaced by the capability of the LIVE sensor. Navigation and charting capabilities are of course available on this Lowrance Eagle Eye display.
